Frequently asked questions
Does the code expire?
No. A year card starts on the day it's redeemed, not the day it's bought.
What does the recipient need to do?
Sign up in the Snowly app, then enter the code on the redeem page at snowly.ski and sign in with the same account.
Can one person get two cards?
Yes. Year cards add up: the second year starts when the first one ends.
What currency is it charged in?
US dollars, through Stripe. Your bank may convert it at its own rate.
